OPTION 1: Metabolic Health Membership, $129/month

Includes a monthly provider office visit, weekly Lipo B12 injections, a ShapeScale body composition scan, and unlimited access to our wellness amenities (sauna and cold plunge, red light therapy, and massage chair sessions).

OPTION 2: Pay As You Go Wellness Visits, $75/visit

You and your provider will work together to determine how often you’re seen as you progress along your journey. You simply pay for your office visit each time, with ShapeScale scans available at time of visit for an additional $40.

We’ve also negotiated better pricing on Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, so ongoing support costs less without any change in quality of care.
