Shannon Bolinger

Shannon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas and went on to complete a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. After 11 years in family practice serving the community of Mont Belvieu and the surrounding areas, Shannon found a new passion within the aesthetics field.

Shannon Bolinger resides in Chambers County outside of Mont Belvieu, Texas, where she lives with her husband Matt and their 3 children, Levi, Brooks and Ella.

Jennifer Hogue
Nurse Practitioner

Jennifer has been a registered nurse since 2001, with a strong background in Pediatrics, Cardiovascular Recovery, and Aesthetic Medicine. She earned her BSN magna cum laude from Texas Woman’s University and her MSN from UT Arlington with a 4.0 GPA. For the past 15 years, she has specialized in Plastics, Dermatology, and Aesthetics, bringing deep expertise in injectables, lasers, skincare, hormones, peptides, and wellness therapies. She became a certified medical aesthetic practitioner in 2010 and has served as an injectable trainer for national filler companies.

Jennifer lives in Clear Lake with her two daughters. She is passionate about health optimization, natural medicine, and enjoys traveling, fitness, and quality time with her girls.

Adrienne Rittmann
Nurse Practitioner

Adrienne is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a true passion for aesthetic medicine, where precision meets artistry. She earned her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and completed her graduate degree at Texas Woman’s University. Originally from Lubbock, Texas but she has called Houston home for nearly five years now.

Adrienne specializes in natural, balanced results and believes the best treatments enhance your features rather than overpower them. She approaches every face with both an artistic eye and a strong medical foundation, focusing on subtle refinement, facial harmony, and long term skin health. Adrienne’s goal is for you to look like the best version of you every time you leave her chair. Outside of the med spa, she is a proud dog mom to her German Shepherd, Kova, who keeps her life fun and grounded.

Kyle Bieschke
Nurse Practitioner

Kyle Bieschke is a Baytown native who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Concordia University Texas, followed by a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner with a Post-Master’s in Emergency/Trauma from The University of Texas Health Science Center.
 
Through his work in the emergency department, Kyle recognized a recurring truth: chronic illness does not begin in emergencies—it develops quietly over time. This insight led him to expand beyond reactive care and into integrative wellness that focuses on prevention, root-cause healing, and sustainable lifestyle change. Kyle resides in Mont Belvieu with his wife, Kevyn, and their two children, Kirk and Klark.

Krissy King
Medical Esthetician & Laser Professional

Krissy is a licensed Medical Esthetician and Laser Hair Removal Professional with over two years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She is also a Certified Face Reality Acne Specialist, a trained Phlebotomist, and holds certification in IV therapy. Krissy’s passion for skincare and helping others feel confident in their appearance began at a young age and continues to drive her commitment to providing exceptional care.

Outside of work, Krissy enjoys spending quality time with her two children.

Haley Woodworth
Medical Esthetician & Laser Professional

With one year of experience in the aesthetics industry, Haley is a passionate Esthetician and Certified Laser Hair Removal Professional dedicated to helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and cared for. Haley approaches every service with a personalized touch, combining technical skill with a warm, calming presence to create a relaxing and results-focused experience. Whether performing customized facials or advanced laser treatments, Haley ensures each client receives thoughtful attention tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Outside of the treatment room, Haley enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with family and friends. Her passion for wellness, aesthetics, and personal connection drives her work and leaves a lasting impact on those she serves.

Rosie Cashion
Office Manager

Rosie brings a wealth of organizational and management experience to her role as Office Manager at Solace. With a strong background rooted in years of working with Fortune 100 companies and running her own business, Rosie is known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Driven by her passion for the beauty industry, Rosie transitioned from the corporate world to launch a successful career as a makeup and lash artist. Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to client service continue to inform her work at Solace.

Outside of work, Rosie enjoys spending quality time with her family. She has been happily married for over 26 years, is the proud mother of two children, and a devoted grandmother “Glammy” to five grandchildren. In her free time, she loves cheering on the Astros, attending car shows with her husband and creating lasting memories with loved ones.

Abigail Jimenez
Patient Care Coordinator

Abby is a friendly and organized Patient Care Coordinator with five years of customer service experience. She loves helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. As the first face clients see, she brings positive energy, professionalism, and attention to detail to every interaction. From scheduling appointments to answering questions, Abby is committed to making each visit seamless and welcoming.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending most of her free time at the gym, prioritizing health, wellness, and personal growth. If she’s not at the gym you can find her spending quality time with her family and friends. 

Lisa Clifton
Esthetician

Lisa is a licensed esthetician with a span of over 25 years in the industry, she holds many certificates in the esthetics world. Lisa offers many services such as HydraFacials, Medi-Facials ,Body and Face Waxing, Tinting and Lash Lifts. As a top esthetician, Lisa’s passion is making people in our community look and feel better about themselves.  Lisa currently resides in the Mont Belvieu area and enjoys spending her free time with husband David and two grandchildren Hadley and Cohen.
