Solace Wellness Memberships are designed to help you take time to recover and restore, so you can show up stronger—for yourself and the people you love.
Our expert wellness program combines red light therapy, cold plunge, traditional Finnish sauna, and massage to help you feel and look your best.
How Does Solace Wellness Work?
Choose from three membership tiers based on how often you want to visit. Each membership includes access to our Contrast Therapy room (Traditional Sauna, rinse shower, and Cold Plunge) and our Renew Therapy room (Red Light Therapy Bed and Zero Gravity Massage Chair).

What is a Session?
The Contrast Therapy room includes a traditional finnish sauna, rinse shower, and cold plunge.
The Red Light Therapy room includes the Red Light Therapy Bed and Zero Gravity Massage Chair.

How Long is the Commitment for Solace Wellness?
Your wellness membership is on a month to month basis. You will need to notify Solace Med Spa in writing 30 days in advance if you would like to cancel your membership.

How Do I Sign Up for Solace Wellness?
You simply need a credit or debit card that will be automatically charged on the first of every month.
